You can also set up cleaning schedules in the app and customize the settings for each room in your home.
It has the same multi-room smart mapping as the S8 and can differentiate between carpets and laminate with high-pile carpets. If you're looking to cut down on time, it can even skip mopping in rooms that aren't filthy. It's a great option for those who have a variety of flooring in your home but don't want to spend the money to buy a Roborock with advanced mapping features.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking for a flexible robot vacuum and mop that can manage regular maintenance as well as touch-ups to messy messes that are wet, this robot is a great option. It will even remove and reconnect the mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum cleaner that can be used even in small spaces. It's quiet and quick, and it does a great job of navigating tight spots. It also does a nice job of getting pet hair out of carpeting.
It's smaller than many of its competitors however it doesn't sacrifice any features. It has a decent amount of suction power, and it's possible to take a photo of every object it comes across (i.e. chew toys, or socks, etc.)) and mark them as 'not found' in the app so that they don't get picked up during future cleanings. The photos are secured and aren't linked to your account.
It is capable of vaccuming, but it isn't as good at mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes that are clipped to the bottom of the bot and it essentially drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal, which come with water reservoirs that automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
